Casper got really involved with the hemp movement while working with Jack Herer and his book "The Emperor wears no clothes". From there he went to work on the CA Hemp Initiative and many other thingss including the Time 4 Hemp TV Show, and now it's website.
Casper was invited to be a guest speaker at an annual meeting for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), and while there, he filmed over 42 interviews with some of the founders of world's largest hemp organizations.
While visiting this site you can enjoy a moment of hemp history caught on tape featuring Jack Herer and Gatewood Galbraith. 'Time 4 Hemp' was lucky enough to catch the excitement of Jack showing Gatewood a rare article he unearthed (just moments after he found it) about Henry Ford's hemp car. You can view it here with Real Player. You can even see a video of the car!
Enjoy a laugh watching Casper smoke a joint that was provided to him by the United States government! He was a participant in the United States Government Funded UCLA Smoked Marijuana Study headed by Dr. Donald Tashkin. By clicking on the button to the left called "The Gov't. Studies Casper" you can view some video clips of his participation in this study. Casper is the first person on the World Wide Web to have filmed footage of themselves smoking legal marijuana in a Government funded lab!
