This Web site evolved from interviews Casper Leitch conducted while hosting the California community cable access show called 'Time 4 Hemp' which made its debut on January 5, 1991 and went international three months later. (More about Casper can be found here)

'Time 4 Hemp' was created to bring publicity to the California Hemp Initiative. Now Time 4 Hemp is about you the people who want good accurate insightful information, and entertainment.

Featured in the site are the interviews for the series like: Willie Nelson (country singer and a founder of Farm Aid); Dr. Timothy Leary (one of the fathers of the LSD movement); Steve Bloom (editor of High Times magazine); Keith Stroup (founder of NORML); and Kevin Zeese (a founder of the Drug Policy Foundation). The interview with Dr. Timothy Leary is one of the last interviews he allowed before his death and has never been released.

He was a participant in the United States Government Funded UCLA Smoked Marijuana Study headed by Dr. Donald Tashkin. By clicking on the button to the left called "The Gov't. Casper is the first person on the World Wide Web to have filmed footage of themselves smoking legal marijuana in a Government funded lab!
