T. Boone Pickens, a big oil man, has come out in favor of alternative energy sources to fill our nations needs. Well at Time 4 Hemp and other informed people have been shouting that for decades now... We have the Plant, We have the Tecnology, We have the Ability to free us from foriegn sources of oil.

PLEASE HELP US TELL THE WORLD ABOUT HEMP 4 FUEL!

According to the graph Which of these crops works best for fuel production? Which of these crops is not a current food source? Do you want to use FOOD to make FUEL? What happens when we have a drought and the corn crop is not big enough to make Food and Fuel? Who will make the decision do we feed the nation or fuel the nation? Problem is if you feed the nation you can not get the crops to market due to lack of fuel, if you fuel the nation then there is no food for the nation. Do you want a government official deciding who eats and who doesn't?

We ask that everyone download a copy of these short video clips and send them to all your friends and elected officials. PLEASE burn them to disc and show them to everyone you know, up-load them into other devices and post them to every site that you can. Get the word out.

This is filmed proof of Henry Ford's Hemp Car. The body was made from the oils in the hemp seed. The cloth for the interrior was made from the stalk of the hemp plant. The fuel that powered it was made from the hemp seed. Corn ethanol is not a REAL answer to the energy crises. It uses about the same amount of petrochemicals to produce (therefore, it does nothing to reduce our oil consumption) and it raises the price of food for people and livestock.

The answer - industrial hemp! They've figured this out in New Zealand. Are they smarter than the United States?

This Web site evolved from interviews Casper Leitch conducted while hosting the California community cable access show called 'Time 4 Hemp' which made its debut on January 5, 1991 and went international three months later. Featured among the interviews from the series are: Willie Nelson (country singer and a founder of Farm Aid); Dr. Timothy Leary (one of the fathers of the LSD movement); Steve Bloom (editor of High Times magazine); Keith Stroup (founder of NORML); and Kevin Zeese (a founder of the Drug Policy Foundation). The interview with Dr. Timothy Leary is one of the last interviews he allowed before his death and has never been released.
