Leitch Productions was founded
with the intention to preserve and distribute the truth about the remarkable
plant known as hemp.
Founded: June 20, 2000.

to harvest buds of freedom.
Owner: Casper Leitch
Casper is one of the Hemp Activists who helped to write the California Hemp Initiative which passed in 1991 making it legal to have 6 plants or less growing in your home for medical reasons. This made California the first state in the nation to pass such a law. He is also the creator and host of the television series: 'Time 4 Hemp'.
Casper participated in the UCLA Smoked Marijuana study funded by the United States government and is the only participant ever allowed to be filmed in a study of this nature. You can find 4 free video downloads of Casper's participation in this study at the Time4Hemp.com web site.
He is still active in the Hemp Movement. In fact, not long ago, he helped to maintain the NORML Booth at the Indiana State Fair. While there, he managed to put together another new segment of 'Time 4 Hemp'.
